Your own bakery app — ordered the night before, picked up without waiting in line.
A line out onto the sidewalk at seven, half the display case in the trash at six? Both ends of the baking day are the same app’s job: pre-orders early, bakery boxes late.

What should your bakery’s app do?

Everything your bakery app takes off your hands.
Tap the building blocks — beside them you see right away how it looks in your app. What goes in is your call.
Your customers already use bakery apps — just not yours.
The chains have been holding on to their customers by app for years — pre-ordering, points, offers. Here’s the same baking day at your bakery, once without an app of your own and once with one:
× Without an app
The line reaches the sidewalk — anyone in a hurry turns away
“My stamp card is at home …” — the points come to nothing
The apricot tart comes out fresh — only nobody outside knows
Six baskets’ worth of good product go into the trash
With your own app
14 pre-orders stand ready — handed over in 20 seconds
Stamps collect themselves — one tap while paying
A push to 312 regulars: “Apricot tart, fresh from 11 AM”
Bakery boxes 6 of 6 gone — sold out instead of thrown out
Same oven, same team — only now the day works for you.

The oven has been going since four. From here it is decided what is still sitting in the case tonight.
Pre-orders make the baking list something you can plan; the bakery box turns what is left into revenue. Those two jobs are what the app is built for.
What an app of your own really changes in a baking day.
A baking day has two expensive moments, and they sit twelve hours apart: the rush just after 6:30 AM and the half-empty case in the early evening. In the morning you lose the people in a hurry who won’t wait in line; in the evening product is left over that flour, electricity and wages have already been paid for. An app of your own goes at exactly those two points — there’s no third one.
What pre-orders and bakery boxes actually bring in
Take it soberly: six boxes at $5.90 on an ordinary evening, across roughly 300 baking days, comes to about $10,600 a year. None of that is extra business — it’s flour, working time and energy that were paid for long ago and until now belonged to the trash. And no, the morning trade doesn’t suffer: someone who takes a surprise box home in the evening was hardly going to come in the next day for two extra rolls. A little further down you can run the same math with your own numbers.
The second effect is quieter but weighs more over time: whoever pre-orders makes your baking list calculable. With fourteen packed bags on the shelf at 6:30 AM, the quantity in the oven follows actual orders rather than a feel for it. And because everyone picks their own pickup window, the rush spreads itself out — the line at the counter gets shorter without anyone having to pack any faster. Sharper planning means fewer boxes in the evening, in the end. That’s not a contradiction, that’s the point.
Pre-ordering saves the morning, the bakery box saves the evening.
“My customers and apps — that will never fit”
Hardly a first conversation goes by without that sentence — and it’s true. The loyal customer who picks up her seeded roll on the dot every weekday isn’t going to install anything, and she doesn’t need to. The target is not everybody, it’s the people short of time: commuters, parents between daycare and the office, the company next door that orders a whole bag for the team on Fridays.
In practice a QR sign next to the register and a half-sentence while you bag up will do: “You can pre-order with this, and your phone collects the stamps by itself.” Anyone who wants it installs it; for everyone else nothing changes at all. So nobody gets driven away just because the app now exists. The only people who can drift off are the ones who find the morning line too long — and those are exactly the ones the app offers a way back.
How the first month goes
Two weeks later the first version is with Apple and Google for review — and for $4,000 that’s not a demo but the full thing: pre-ordering with pickup windows, a stamp card, push messages, published under your name. Larger packages differ by extra modules and deeper wiring, into the POS for instance; none of them is more cleanly programmed. What follows is quiet. A few curious people install it, put in a small test order and check whether the bag really is standing there. This phase needs no more than that: if the handoff at 7:15 AM works, people talk about it at the counter.
What almost always gets things moving is the bakery box: that one message in the afternoon gets opened by more people than anything else — it costs nothing, and no algorithm pushes it aside. Only after that does the stamp card show what it can do; unlike the cardboard one it never ends up in the wrong jacket. Even so, plan in months rather than weeks before a dependable circle orders through it regularly. Once at a fixed price or monthly with us looking after it — either way you end up with a second sales floor, one that’s still open long after the doors are locked.
What’s still sitting in your case on an ordinary evening — and how many people in a hurry walk past in the morning because the counter is jammed? Give us your numbers and we’ll work through them together.
What does the bakery box actually bring in?
≈ $10,600 a year — out of product that used to land in the trash.
On top of that come production you can plan thanks to pre-orders, and the regulars the stamp card brings back.
Half a minute · you end up with a proposal and a fixed price
One project. Every device.
This is how the listing for your app will look once we submit it. Type in your name, pick a color — the preview on the right picks up both straight away.
Just a preview — your name, your logo, your colors. Screenshots come from the app on this page; figures and reviews are placeholders.
Built once, available everywhere: your customers download the app from the store, you run everything from a browser.
What we build is out in the app stores.

Who actually builds your app?
No off-the-shelf builder, no chain of anonymous contractors: an owner-run development studio that designs, codes and looks after apps for bakeries itself.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
