The CPA firm app for your clients — receipts arrive when they happen.
The shoebox lands on your desk in September; the receipt was written in June — and by then nobody remembers what it was for. Your firm's app picks documents up where they happen: 12 receipts, one photo each, 3 minutes.

What the app for your firm can do.
Every block picks documents up where they happen. Tap one — on the right you see your client's phone.
12 receipts — tap them, and they are at your firm.
On the left sits Ray Keller's shoebox, a cabinet shop: collected since June, dropped off in September. Tap the receipts the way your client would photograph them. On the right you see what happens at your firm at the same moment.
12 receipts still on the table. One photo takes about fifteen seconds.
Nothing yet. That is how it stays until September — then the shoebox is on the desk, and nobody remembers what the lunch on Jun 14 was for.
The same shoebox, the same 12 receipts — just three months earlier.

The shoebox sat in his truck since June. Now it is here — and nobody can explain the lunch from Jun 14 anymore.
From now on receipts come in one at a time and right away, with date and amount. What is missing you ask for in one batch — instead of four rounds on the phone.
What an app really changes in a firm.
A firm's work does not start with the bookkeeping, it starts with the waiting: for receipts, for answers, for the one invoice that is still missing. Between the expense in June and the shoebox in September lie three months in which memories fade and one question turns into four. That is exactly where your own app works — and nowhere else.
Why the shoebox only shows up in September
No client saves receipts to annoy you. The receipt is created at the gas station, at the hardware store, over lunch with a customer — and it moves into the glove box, because that is the shortest path. What makes it expensive is not the paper, it is the time afterward: in September nobody remembers why $62.50 went out for a lunch on Jun 14. The app moves the effort to where it is small — one photo, fifteen seconds. Twelve receipts reach you in 3 minutes that way, with date, amount and assignment.
The second effect is quieter and, over a year, the bigger one. When receipts come in continuously, your staff accountant reviews them continuously and collects the open points instead of chasing each one by phone. Four rounds of follow-up per close become one: 9 receipts are complete, 3 need a sentence from the client — and that sentence comes back where the receipt already sits. At 180 clients that adds up to hours currently spent chasing; further down you can run it with your own numbers.
The most expensive part of a receipt is the time it spends in the truck.
What the app is not
It is not bookkeeping and it will never become bookkeeping. The books stay where you keep them today; the app stands in front of that and collects what you need in order to work. It also gives no advice: the app shows only what your firm entered — deadlines, document lists, returns to read. An application that advises clients on their taxes would not be progress, it would be a liability. The advice stays with you, the app only brings the documents.
And it does not turn a client who never answers into one who always answers. It lowers the hurdle — a photo instead of an envelope and a trip to the post office — and it reminds them 10 days before the date without anyone reaching for the phone. Whoever delivers nothing today will deliver nothing with an app either. You will just know it in early September instead of on the 29th.
What the first weeks look like
About two weeks pass until the first version stands in the stores under your firm's name — and from $4,000 that is not a trial version but a complete firm app: receipts by photo, deadlines as a push, documents in both directions. The larger packages bring more blocks and deeper technology, such as a handoff into the accounting software you already use — not a better app.
After that comes the part you hold in your hands. You do not start with all 180 clients, but with twenty whose documents always arrive last: a QR code on the invoice, a paragraph in the year-end letter, and the first ones are photographing the next day. Count in months, not weeks, until a steady core uses the app — and measure it by a single number: how many shoeboxes are still standing on your desk at the end of September.

What does chasing documents cost — in hours?
≈ 108 hours a year — time that today goes into chasing people.
Only the chasing is counted: calling, waiting, writing an email, reminding, filing. The time for the bookkeeping itself stays the same — the waiting in front of it does not.
Half a minute · you end up with a proposal and a fixed price
One project. Every device.
This is how the listing for your app will look once we submit it. Type in your name, pick a color — the preview on the right picks up both straight away.
Just a preview — your name, your logo, your colors. Screenshots come from the app on this page; figures and reviews are placeholders.
Built once, available everywhere: your customers download the app from the store, you run everything from a browser.
What we build is out in the app stores.
Six apps of our own, used by real people every day. What you see here are the untouched store screenshots and preview videos — exactly what anyone downloading them gets. Click through the shelf.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
