The commercial cleaning app for every site — keys, scope and proof on the phone.
Six in the morning, a building she has never been in, a new cleaner: where is key #7, what does the alarm do, which room stays locked? Your own app carries a card for every site — and sends the client proof with photos when the shift ends.

onboarding at a new site
Without a site card the account manager walks every new cleaner through three mornings — and with 34 sites and a crew that keeps changing, it starts over every time.
The app follows nobody: it records what was done at the site — not where a person moved.
Same building, same crew — only now everyone knows where key #7 belongs.

A building she doesn't know, a key she has never held — and at that hour there is nobody to ask.
That is the gap the site card fills: keys, alarm, scope and quirks sit where they are needed — at the site, at six in the morning.
What an app really changes in commercial cleaning.
A cleaning company doesn't sell hours, it sells trust: the client never sees the work, he only sees the result the next morning — and speaks up when it isn't right. Everything that can go wrong sits between those two points: a key nobody can place, a scope only the account manager carries in his head, and a complaint you can't argue with because nothing was recorded.
Why onboarding eats three days
With 34 sites and 22 cleaners, turnover is the normal state, not the exception: call-outs, vacation, new hires. Every single time the account manager walks the new cleaner through it — three mornings, until key #7, the alarm keypad and the server room on the 2nd floor really stick. Put that same knowledge on the phone as a site card and one day is left: you go through it together, and the rest gets read where it happens.
The second effect is the one people end up arguing about. Nine complaints a month is not a bad company in this trade, it is the normal state — but seven of them go away when every shift carries six documented points and photos. 140 proof photos a month is roughly 23 complete checks; once you have them, nobody debates whether the entry glass was cleaned last night.
It isn't the person that gets documented — it's the site.
What the app does not do: follow your people
This belongs at the start of every conversation, not in the fine print. A cleaning app can start to look like surveillance fast — and that is exactly what we don't build. What gets recorded is the work at the site: the start and the end of the route, the six points of the cleaning scope, photos of surfaces, reports about what's broken. What does not get recorded is where anybody else is: no live location, no movement profile, no photos of people.
That is not a legal trick, it is a question of whether the thing works at all. A crew that feels watched ticks points off without looking — then you have an app and complaints anyway. If your people are represented, you would settle the scope up front regardless; we build the app so that agreement is technically real and not merely promised.
What the first month looks like
Two weeks pass before the first version is in the stores — and from $4,000 that is not a trial version, it is a full app under your name. Don't start with all 34 sites, start with three to five: one that changes hands often, one with a demanding client, one that runs well. You fill in the site cards there, and while you do it you notice how much has only ever been passed along by word of mouth.
Momentum usually comes through the proof. The first client who finds six photos with timestamps in his inbox in the morning doesn't call — and he mentions it to other people. From then on the app is an argument in your bid, not just a tool in the business. Still count in months rather than weeks until every site and every cleaner is in.
How many sites do you run, and how often does somebody stand in front of one for the first time? Tell us and we will run the numbers with yours.
What do nine complaints a month cost?
≈ $6,400 a year that goes into re-cleans, drive time and phone calls today.
That is not new business, it is time that goes into fixing things today. The second effect appears in no table: a site you don't lose because there was something to complain about three times in a row.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
