The app for your auto shop — status instead of phone tag.
Six times a day “Is my car ready yet?” — while you are under a lift? In your own app customers watch the status live and approve extra work with a tap. The phone stays quiet.

What should your shop app do?
5 questions · 30 seconds · then a concrete proposal with a fixed price.
You set the status. Your customer sees it. Instantly.

What the app for your shop can do.
Tap through the building blocks — on the right you see how it looks in your shop app. You decide what your shop needs.
Six calls. Or none.
Every status call pulls somebody out of the work. Flip the switch and see what is left of this morning.
6 interruptions — right in the middle of the work
Every call pulls a tech out from under a car — four minutes a conversation, on average.

Two hands on the car — and up front somebody is asking again: “Is mine done yet?”
The status tracker answers that by itself. Your crew turns wrenches instead of calling people back.
What an app in a shop really changes — and what it does not.
Shops rarely ask us about features. They ask: will the morning get quieter? So here are the three places where an app of your own actually moves something in shop life — and the one limit it does not move.
The pile of “is my car ready?”
Six status calls a day sounds like nothing. The damage does not sit in the four minutes of conversation, though, it sits in the break around it: the tech puts down the impact wrench, wipes his hands, looks up the repair order on the screen — and afterwards hunts for the spot where he was interrupted. The four minutes on the phone are not the problem, the way back into the work is.
A status tracker does not answer the question faster, it answers it earlier. Checked in, diagnosis, repair, ready — the customer sees the same state your crew is tapping into the tablet anyway, and the pickup message goes out on its own. What is left on the phone are the calls that are worth having: questions about the diagnosis, new appointments, new customers.
Customers do not call because they are impatient. They call because they do not know anything.
Approvals you can actually show
The second constant is extra work. On the phone that goes wrong regularly: nobody picks up, the car is sitting on the lift, and at pickup you hear “that is not what we talked about”. In the app the estimate goes out with a photo and an amount — a worn rotor, $184, one tap on “Approve”. The date, the time and the photo stay with the repair order.
That protects both sides. Your customer sees what he is paying for before the part goes on. You can show at the counter what was released instead of relying on anyone's memory. And he does not even have to be reachable: he looks at his phone when he can. Nothing gets installed without his okay — and nobody has to chase him three times to get it.
What check-in looks like at half past seven
The third point is the least spectacular and works the fastest: check-in. The appointment is already in the calendar with the job and the plate, because the customer booked it himself. Take the keys, open the repair order — half a minute on the tablet — and from that moment the customer can see the status. At handover one sentence is enough: “You can follow it in the app, just scan the QR code once.”
And the limit we tell every customer up front: an app does not make your shop faster. It does not replace a part the supplier only brings tomorrow, and it does not fill an empty schedule. It makes your work explainable — and a delay visible before the customer is standing at the door. In the first month not everybody installs it right away, either. The first ones are usually the people who used to call most often. Those were exactly the ones you wanted off your back.
You know best which of the three eats the most time at your place. In a first conversation we work it through — with a fixed price and no sales pressure.
What do status calls cost, in numbers?
≈ 100 hours a year on the phone — pulled straight out of the work.
With a live status and photo approvals the app answers these questions before they get asked.
Half a minute · you end up with a proposal and a fixed price
One project. Every device.
This is how the listing for your app will look once we submit it. Type in your name, pick a color — the preview on the right picks up both straight away.
Just a preview — your name, your logo, your colors. Screenshots come from the app on this page; figures and reviews are placeholders.
Built once, available everywhere: your customers download the app from the store, you run everything from a browser.
What we build is out in the app stores.
Six apps of our own, used by real people every day. What you see here are the untouched store screenshots and preview videos — exactly what anyone downloading them gets. Click through the shelf.

Who actually builds your app?
No off-the-shelf builder, no chain of anonymous contractors: an owner-run development studio that designs, codes and looks after apps for auto repair shops itself.
Have a nice day — an owner-run development studio: the person you deal with is the developer himself.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
