The app for your club — who's coming to practice?
Three group chats, one paper sign-up sheet — and on Thursday nobody knows who's coming? Your own club app counts the RSVPs by itself and actually reaches everyone.

Who's coming Saturday? Three chats, two paper lists — and somebody is still missing.
With the club app the RSVPs collect themselves. The coach sees the roster, not the chat history.
Three chats, one team — and nobody is in the loop.
Almost every club we talk to runs on a group chat. Not one — three: the official one with the coach, the unofficial one without him, and the parents'. That works surprisingly long. Until one Saturday it doesn't.
Why what matters drowns in the chat
A group chat has no sense of importance. Friday night's cancellation, the photo from the tournament, the question about jersey sizes — the same kind of message, the same size, all scrolling up at the same speed. Skip one evening on your phone and the next morning you scroll back through half the thread and never find the one message that actually mattered.
So somebody asks again. And because somebody asks, the people who always answer answer again. The coach still counts by hand, because a thumbs-up from Monday might have been about the week before. In an app an RSVP isn't a post in a thread, it's a state: it hangs on the event, it's countable, and it changes only when somebody changes it.
A yes in a group chat is not an RSVP. It's a message that happens to be at the top right now.
The treasurer and his evenings
The most thankless job in a club rarely has anything to do with sports. The treasurer matches bank statements against a list of names, sends three friendly messages, waits, sends one more — and ends up calling anyway. With 87 members and 45 dollars in dues, the money is modest and the number of evenings is anything but.
The app turns the direction around: every member sees where they stand, the reminder goes out on February 1 by itself, and open dues sit in a list instead of a notebook. The same goes for the team fund that exists in every team and is written down nowhere — five dollars for the phone in the huddle, five for showing up late. Put the fines list in the app and nobody has to argue in the locker room about who owes what.
What changes for the coach — and what changes for parents
For the coach, a research project turns into a number. Wednesday evening it says 14 of 18, and he knows where he stands: practice happens, the scrimmage at the end works out. If the field closes, one push reaches all 87 members — including the ones who are in no group chat because nobody ever typed in their number.
For parents of youth players something else changes. They get a login of their own: schedule, departure times, carpools and the open dues — without reading along in a team chat where they never really belonged. That takes friction off both sides.
And what an app can't do: it won't get anybody off the couch. Somebody who never says yes won't say yes digitally either — you just find out sooner and stop guessing. It also doesn't replace the person who lines the field on Saturday. It only makes sure that person isn't also the one sorting out the group chat.
You know exactly which three chats are running at your club. Tell us in 30 seconds — we'll tell you what belongs in the app first.
What does the club app save, in numbers?
≈ 200 volunteer hours a year back — for the people who carry the club.
And no more “nobody told me”: a push really does reach every member.

Built once, available everywhere: your customers download the app from the store, you run everything from a browser.
What we build is out in the app stores.

Who actually builds your app?
No off-the-shelf builder, no chain of anonymous contractors: an owner-run development studio that designs, codes and looks after apps for clubs and associations itself.
Have a nice day — an owner-run development studio: the person you deal with is the developer himself.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
