Your own app for kitchen showrooms and remodelers

The kitchen showroom app — four deliveries, one install date.

Nine weeks sit between the signature and install day, and in those weeks the client sees nothing — so the phone rings eighteen times a week. Your own app shows the sign-offs, all four deliveries and the install date. The designing still happens at your table.

As long as one date is missing, the client asks — and somebody in the showroom has to call three suppliers to answer.

The app does not design a kitchen and does not price a door. It holds what was agreed and shows it to both sides at the same time.

Same kitchen, same suppliers — nobody has to ask anymore.

Two hours at the sample table, one signature — and then nine weeks in which the client sees nothing.

Those nine weeks are exactly what the app fills: sign-offs, four deliveries, the install date. The planning still happens at this table.

A read: from the showroom floor

What an app really changes in a kitchen showroom.

A kitchen is the second most expensive signature many people ever put on paper — and the only purchase where nine weeks sit between signing and using it. In those nine weeks, from the client's side, nothing visible happens. That is where the eighteen callbacks a week come from. Your own app changes nothing about the planning and nothing about the install. It only makes visible what has been settled all along.

18 → 4callbacks a week in the showroom — the rest sits in the app
9 weeksfrom the signature to delivery: four deliveries, one install date
from $4,000a full showroom app in the stores: sign-offs, delivery status, install

Why four deliveries make eighteen callbacks

An $18,400 kitchen does not arrive on one truck. The boxes and doors run through the plant, the stone shop cuts the countertop after the template, the appliances come from the dealer, and the install crew is yours. Four dates from three suppliers that all have to land on one Tuesday morning. Everyone in the showroom knows that — at the client's house, nobody does. So he calls: once about the doors, once about the countertop, once because a neighbor told him appliances are running long right now.

Run the numbers: eighteen callbacks a week, six minutes on average, forty-six weeks open. Fourteen of those calls are nothing but dates and status — that is roughly 64 hours a year, a good eight workdays where somebody in the showroom gives status instead of designing. Four callbacks a week are left, and those are well spent: a change, an extra outlet, a real decision.

The client does not call because he is impatient — he calls because he cannot see anything.

“Our clients buy a kitchen once in their lives”

The objection comes up in almost every first conversation, and there is truth in it: nobody installs an app for a one-time purchase. Only the purchase is not the point — the nine weeks after it are, and the years after that even more so. A homeowner juggling a tile setter, an electrician and a painter does not want to call, he wants to look. And when a drawer slide sticks six years from now, he opens the same app and finds the hardware number somebody in the showroom would otherwise have to dig out of a folder.

Staying honest: not everyone downloads it. Someone swapping out a countertop does not need it. In practice it gets shown at signing — a QR code on the last page of the contract, thirty seconds of explanation, done. Whoever does not want it keeps getting phone calls the way they always did. You lose nothing by having it; you gain with the people who would have asked three times anyway.

Where the app stops — and what is left after install day

One limit belongs said out loud: this app does not design a kitchen. It draws no floor plan, it renders nothing in 3D and it prices no doors. That stays at your table, where it belongs, with your design software and your experience. What the app takes over is everything after: sign-offs with a date and a signature, so five change requests a job turn into two; the four deliveries with their dates; the install window that only opens when everything is actually there; and the two days of install with the walkthrough record.

After that the app goes quiet and stays useful anyway. Appliance manuals, care notes, punch items with a date, the adjustment visit after six weeks — the things that live today in a folder nobody can find later. Two weeks pass before the first version is in the stores, and from $4,000 that is not a trial version but a full app under your own name. Expect a quiet start: only once the first jobs have run through it end to end will you notice on the phone that it got quieter.

How often does your phone ring in a week over a delivery date — and how many jobs are running side by side right now? Tell us, and we will run it through with your numbers.

Callbacks per week18 → 4
Time per callback6 minutes
Weeks open per year46

≈ 64 hours a year — about 8 workdays that go back into design work in the showroom instead of status updates.

Said honestly: that is not revenue, it is time you get back. Four callbacks a week stay — the ones that are really about something, and you want those.

Cabinets, stone, appliances, crew — every date sat in the app with a day next to it. I never once called the showroom, and Tuesday at 7:30 everything really was there.

Two punch items went in with a photo and a date right away, so at the adjustment visit there was nothing left to argue about. I can still find the appliance manuals too, which saves me the folder in the basement.

What does it all cost?

There is no hourly billing and nothing added on afterwards: you choose a package, you get a fixed price for it, and you know in advance what is included. Even Start is a complete app — the larger packages add features and deeper technology, not better quality.

Included everywhere: App Store, Google Play and the browser — along with hosting, updates and support. The only difference is the feature set.

  • Updates, new features and support are part of it
  • The source code stays with us at first and becomes yours once it is paid off in full

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.

The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.

Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
