Sandra was here six weeks ago. Who reminds her — you or nobody?

The rebooking reminder thinks of every client — the app reaches out, books the time and brings her back to the studio.

A read: from the treatment room

The five weeks in which nobody follows up

Hardly any client says “I'm not coming back” on her way out. She says “see you soon” — and means it. Then life gets in the way, four weeks turn into eight, and at some point following up feels awkward. That gap is where a studio loses the most.

3 of 6sessions done — the plan on the phone shows the rest
4–5 weeksthe rhythm the rebooking reminder knows by itself
≈ $2,400extra revenue when 30 clients a year come back

The pause nobody remembers

Do the math on how many of your regulars are currently “somewhere in between.” The last facial was on July 21, the recommendation is every four to five weeks, today is week five — and nobody in the studio has any reason to think of her precisely today. The calendar says nothing, because there's nothing in it. The gap is invisible, because it consists of an appointment that doesn't exist.

Your own app turns that around: it remembers which treatment was when, knows the rhythm and reaches out by itself — with an open time to tap. That isn't a newsletter to everyone, it's a message to one person who happens to be due right now. Which is why reminders like that read as attentive rather than pushy.

The most expensive client is the one who was happy — and still didn't come back.

Why six sessions rarely end up being six

Series are the second place where money is left on the table. An aqua facial series runs six sessions three weeks apart. One to three go as planned, then a vacation gets in the way, one appointment moves, the next one falls through — and sessions five and six get lost. The client didn't quit. She lost the thread.

With the plan on her phone she sees “3 of 6” and the appointments still to come next to it. She can move one herself, without calling — just that one, the rest stays put. It sounds like a small thing and in practice it's the difference between a finished series and half a result nobody is happy with.

Before the appointment, in the studio, afterwards

It gets good when those three moments connect. Beforehand the client spends two minutes filling in what you'd ask anyway: sensitivities, home care, what she wants today. In the studio it's already in the record — you start with the treatment instead of the questionnaire. Afterwards the care recommendation is in her app, with an evening reminder if she wants one.

And because all of it happens in the app, no phone rings during a treatment. Requests come in quietly, bookings confirm themselves, your hands stay where they belong. What an app can't do: it doesn't conjure up new clients and it won't fill an empty January week. It only makes sure nobody drifts away by accident — and that's more than it sounds.

Want to know how many of your clients are in that gap right now? In the free first conversation we work it out with your numbers.

04No buzzwords — do the math

What does the rebooking reminder add up to?

Move the sliders and the total follows.Worked example
Clients brought back per year30
Revenue per treatment$79
Clients the rhythm reminder brings back30 a year
One extra treatment eachat $79

≈ $2,400 in extra revenue a year — simply because nobody “forgets” to come anymore.

Plus fewer no-shows thanks to reminders and product sales through care recommendations — reorders run straight through the app.

I only look at my calendar late, once the house is quiet. Tap an open time, the confirmation is instant, and it reminds me the day before. That's all I need.

After five weeks the app let me know my facial was due again — with an open appointment right next to it. Otherwise I always notice far too late.

06Behind the studio

Who actually builds your app?

No off-the-shelf builder, no chain of anonymous contractors: an owner-run development studio that designs, codes and looks after apps for skin studios and spas itself.

Have a nice day — an owner-run development studio: the person you deal with is the developer himself.

We are in the stores ourselvesWe publish and operate our own apps — you can see which ones further up. Going through store review month after month teaches you what really matters.
Everything under one roofConcept, design, code, store submission and day-to-day operation — nothing is handed to subcontractors or shipped offshore. If it says Have a nice day, Have a nice day did the work.
You talk to the developerAt the other end sits the person who actually writes your app. No ticket system, no call center — in German, English or Russian.

08Set packages, set prices

What does it all cost?

There is no hourly billing and nothing added on afterwards: you choose a package, you get a fixed price for it, and you know in advance what is included. Even Start is a complete app — the larger packages add features and deeper technology, not better quality.

Included everywhere: App Store, Google Play and the browser — along with hosting, updates and support. The only difference is the feature set.

Complete

  • Everything in Business
  • Connections to your point of sale, calendar, inventory system and more
  • AI features, custom interfaces, an area for your staff
  • Continuous further development

from $199 / month

  • We build it, run it and maintain it; you pay monthly
  • Updates, new features and support are part of it
  • The source code stays with us at first and becomes yours once it is paid off in full

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.

The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.

Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
