The insurance app for your agency — claim on Sunday, file on Monday.
The water damage happens at 7:40 PM — the call comes Monday at 8:15, the photos on Wednesday. With your own app the complete report is already at the agency by 8:05.
30-second check · free, no strings attached · answer usually the same day
Tap around — this is roughly how your future app will feel.
With your client · Sunday 7:40 PM
Policies on the phone, the claim reported with three photos, the renewal on the calendar 30 days ahead — with nobody at the office.
At your agency · Monday 8:05 AM
The file is ready: policy number, photos, what happened. One day to move it instead of four — and not one round of follow-up questions.
What should your agency app do?

What the app for your agency can do.
Every block takes one phone call out of your Monday. Tap it — on the right you see your client's side.
Four taps at your client's place. Monday morning the file is ready.
Walk through the report yourself — on the right you see what shows up at your agency:
A photo of the water damage
Camera up: hallway ceiling, upstairs bath, shut-off valve.

Two sentences are enough, in your own words.
Send
Sunday, 7:40 PM — nobody is at the agency.
Nothing has come in yet. Without an app the file starts on Monday with a phone call — and the rest trickles in after.
Without an app: a call Monday 8:15 AM, photos by email Wednesday, filed Thursday.
With an app: reported Sunday 7:40 PM, at the agency Monday 8:05 AM, passed on the same day.
Your client taps four times — your agency saves three days of follow-up.

The claim happened Sunday at 7:40. Your Monday starts with a phone call.
Those twelve hours decide whether the file is ready on Monday or only on Thursday. The app takes the report the moment it happens — with photos, the policy number and the time.
What an app really changes at an agency.
An agency runs on two motions: a claim has to move on complete and fast, and nothing in the book may lapse quietly. Neither usually fails on skill — it fails on the clock. The water damage happens Sunday night, the question about a policy on a holiday, the renewal date falls into your vacation. Your own app does not push work onto your clients. It only makes sure the information arrives the moment it exists.
Why a complete report beats a fast one
A claim rarely costs much time on the first pass. The rounds after it are what get expensive: the photos are missing, the policy number is wrong, what happened sits in three sentences of a voicemail. Exactly those rounds fall away when the report is created in the right moment — three photos from the phone, the policy picked out of the client's own coverage, two sentences with it. What gets sent Sunday at 7:40 PM is complete at the agency Monday at 8:05 AM and moves on in one day instead of four.
Run the math carefully: with 860 clients and a claims frequency of about seven percent that is roughly 60 claims a year. Three days less per claim adds up to about 180 waiting days your clients no longer spend chasing you. Further down you can run it with your own numbers. One thing the app does not do for you: the carrier decides the claim, not the phone. The app collects and hands over — more complete and faster, nothing more.
The claim happens on Sunday. Your agency opens on Monday.
“My clients would rather call”
True — and that stays. Someone who has known you for fifteen years keeps reaching for the phone, and that is good: the conversation is your business. The app is not built for your office hours, it is built for the hours next to them. Sunday night, a holiday, 10:30 PM when nobody picks up and your client still wants to get something on the record. In practice it gets installed first by the people who just had a claim — and after that it stays on the phone.
The second effect is quieter and over time the bigger one: your clients see their whole coverage on one screen for the first time. 2,140 policies spread across 860 clients, about two and a half per household. Anyone who sees them side by side starts asking on their own: why does this run through two places? Is that limit still right? Those questions are exactly what the annual policy review is for — and that review is the appointment where something actually happens at your agency.
What the app cannot do — and what the first month looks like
Start with the limits, because in your business they matter. The app replaces no coverage advice and no documentation of it, it gives no coverage opinion and puts nothing in prospect. It does not advise — it collects, sorts and reminds. Client data sits on servers we run for your agency, and access runs on roles: your client sees their policies, your team sees what a file needs. Everything that looks like advice stays with you and with your E&O.
Two weeks pass until the first version is in the store — from $4,000 that is not a trial version but a full app under your name: policies, claim reporting, renewals. After that it gets quiet first. The renewal reminder 30 days before the renewal date works first, because it creates appointments that would not exist otherwise. A claim comes around less often, but it is the moment that decides whether a client stays with you. Bought at a fixed price or run monthly from $199 — at the end it is the same app.

What do the follow-up rounds after a claim cost you?
≈ 180 fewer waiting days a year — added up across every claim.
The same work, just without the rounds in between: photos, policy number and what happened all arrive with the report. The 7% is a cautious figure for a mixed personal-lines book — pull the sliders to your own numbers.

Depending on the feature set, projects land between $4,000 and roughly $30,000 — how far your app goes is your call. We name the fixed price after a short conversation, free and without obligation.
The three packages are typical sizes; anything in between is possible too. The math: base package $4,000, each additional module about +$900, each connection to an existing system about +$2,500. The shows what every single feature costs.
Where do the speed and the price come from? We work with current tooling, AI included — the time we save goes back into the price, the care stays handmade.
